Spotted: Victoria Beckham has yet again wowed us with her adorable baby daughter Harper!! The little one is turning into quite the little fashionista what with being seen in designer brands such as Stella McCartney and Marc Jacobs. And who knows Harper, maybe some of Victoria's chic brands will be passed down to a second generation?!
